On the east side of the harbour channel around the 'Lange Nelle' lighthouse in Ostend, there is a separate little world to discover. Fishing boats are moored in the fishing dock. You will learn a lot about fishing, fishing techniques, quotas, types of fish and the fish trade. You will also learn more about the offshore activities for the wind farms at sea. Urban development is also discussed.
